Building a Chatbot to deploy a complex new segmentation in a highly regulated sector
Analysing viewers’ conversations to inform future marketing initiatives for the UK’s longest running commercial network.
Understanding needs
Our client, an insurance company, wanted a tool to help with deploying a complex segmentation to their wider team. The chatbot had to accurately retrieve data on the segmentation findings, while avoiding any questions on legal procedures and claims.
Connecting data
Collaborating with the Strat7 Incite team who developed the segmentation, we built a chatbot to reliably retrieve, explain findings and generate insights from the key segmentation deliverables (reports and data tables).
Driving change
The Chatbot was rolled out to multiple users within the organisation providing a user friendly, fast and accurate way of retrieving and interrogating the wealth of segmentation data available. Crucially, the ability to access the data sources at every turn, built trust and reliability.
The client teams were now able to make connections between disparate data points and generate new ideas, with supporting evidence with ease.
