Understanding needs

Our client, a multinational oil and gas company, came to us wanting our expertise and consultation on developing a proof of concept chatbot in an innovative move to bring 90+ proprietary datasets together within the organisation.

We highlighted the shortcomings of the current state of Generative AI technology and proposed solutions to mitigate this in a fully-fledged tool.

Connecting data

Using the technology behind strat7GPT, we showed that reading in lots of documents with careful processing, could create a chatbot that mimics human ability.

This was validated through 100s of tests experimenting with prompts, data types and models.

Driving change

We deployed the proof-of-concept (PoC) chatbot for client to experiment with and demo to internal stakeholders. This PoC and our detailed report helped to build a technical roadmap and ongoing support model to build and embed the chatbot client side.
